“ The food, the drinks, the vibe, the people were all exceptional. A unique experience in a proud italian restaurant. My 2 brothers and I were staying in Avers, Switzerland from Canada. The moment we walked in the restaurant, we were greeted by the owner Valentino. A minute later, he was giving us a tour of his kitchen and that is how he introduced his menu. For each serving, Valentino sat with us several minutes to present what was served while drinking with us. We could hear his passion for everything he made in every sentence he said in a mix of French, English and Italian. We closed the restaurant playing piano, drinking Limoncello, Arancello and Sparkling wine with Valentino and his family as well as the other guests. We will remember this night forever. ”
